The vision of Bethlehem Abhaya Bhavan is to empower the disadvantaged sections like, the homeless, poor and mentally challenged members of the society, especially persons with disabilities and to built up a community that abide by the rights and dignity of them.

The mission of Bethlehem Abhaya Bhavan is to repose, rehabilitate and to empower socially disadvantaged sections like, the homeless, poor and mentally retarded members of the society by their proper rehabilitation, education and training and awareness generation.
